Sort It Out Belfast!

Sort It Out Belfast! Bryson Education Unit are offering a new, Belfast version of their popular Sort It Out programme on Reduce, Reuse, Recycle. Funded by Belfast City Council, the programme is available to every school in the City, but is especially targeting areas where there is low participation in kerbside recycling schemes.

By working with Belfast City Council and Bryson Recycling, the Unit has identified the areas to be targeted and contacted the schools.

George Lyttle, the Senior Education Officer for Bryson Education said “This is a great opportunity for us to work in partnership with the Council and Bryson Recycling towards increasing the recycling rates in under performing areas of the city. Schools are being offered the choice of multiple visits as we aim not just to increase awareness of recycling, but achieve behavioural change.”

Any school in Belfast interested in arranging a visit can contact the Education Unit by phone on 9034 7744 or e-mail glyttle@brysongroup.org.
